Our head coach, Rafael Lovato Jr., understands that students want to upgrade their Jiu-Jitsu by watching online videos and instructionals.
"There's so much online material to learn BJJ from", explains Rafael, "but not all of it is high-quality. In fact, there's so much of it that it can make students feel overwhelmed and that they're not improving as much as they'd want to."
