Wednesday (July 9th):

• 7pm: Timeless Jiu-Jitsu class with Professor Lovato Jr.

Thursday (July 10th):

•  11am: drilling with Professor Bath
•  1:30pm: competition strategy & techniques with Professor Lovato Jr.
• 7pm: open mat with coach Dylan

Friday (July 11th):

• 10am: wrestling class
• 5:30pm: competition training
• 7:30pm: pizza party

Saturday (July 12th):

• 12:30pm: class with Professor Shiloh
